    Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Kyle Gordon, Technical Specialist for the bank’s IT Department, has been named Employee of the First Quarter for 2024. While a student at Olympic College, Gordon served as an intern in Kitsap Bank’s Enterprise Security department and later took on the role of parttime Help Desk Assistant. He joined the team full time as a Help Desk Technician in 2020 after graduating Olympic College and was later promoted in 2023 to his current position as Technical Specialist. Gordon was selected for this award by his peers, who praise him for his dependability and attention to detail.
